Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products provided by Funtrixio Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope
Funtrixio Ltd provides B2B game development services including custom slot design, software engineering, mathematics modelling, integration, and certification support. We also license pre-built game titles and offer sponsorship packages for our in-house projects.
2. Custom Development Services
Custom development projects are governed by individual service agreements that specify payment milestones, deliverables, and cancellation terms. General principles:
- Deposit payments are non-refundable once work has commenced on the agreed scope.
- Milestone payments are due upon delivery and acceptance of the corresponding deliverable. If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications, we will revise at no additional cost before the milestone is invoiced.
- Cancellation by client: If you cancel a project after work has begun, you are liable for all completed work up to the cancellation date, calculated at the agreed hourly or milestone rate. Any unused deposit balance will be refunded within 14 business days.
- Cancellation by Funtrixio: If we are unable to complete a project due to circumstances within our control, we will refund all payments for undelivered work within 14 business days.
3. Game Licences & Digital Products
Licences for pre-built slot titles and digital assets are non-refundable once access credentials or source files have been delivered, except in the following cases:
- The product is materially defective and cannot be remedied within 30 days of report
- The product was misrepresented in our sales documentation
- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
4. Sponsorship Packages
Sponsorship agreements for Funtrixio game projects include specific refund terms outlined in the sponsorship contract. Generally:
- Sponsorship fees are refundable in full if the sponsored project is cancelled before development begins
- Partial refunds (pro-rata) apply if a project is cancelled mid-development, minus costs already incurred
- No refunds are available once the sponsored game has been launched to market
5. Consumer Rights (UK)
If you are a consumer (not acting in the course of business), you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for distance contracts. This right does not apply to custom-made digital content once delivery has begun with your express consent, or to B2B transactions.

Include your name, invoice number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 14 business days.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take 5–10 business days to appear. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your card issuer.
8. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to our registered office address. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. UK consumers may also refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution services.
